About Us

Cleaner Options began in New York City back in '96 to help busy professionals eliminate one chore off of their to-do list - the dreaded trip to the dry cleaner! We knew that with the hectic pace of life, there just wasn't enough time to get everything done --- and that still holds true today. Your dry cleaning should be the last thing you have to think about. With Cleaner Options, all you have to do is leave your clothes in your provided green bag at your front door, and we will take care of the rest. Our friendly drivers will pick up and deliver all of your clothes (and home goods too!) right to your doorstep. We offer convenience along with quality-cleaned clothing and home goods. What more can you ask for?

  • How does the Service Work?

    It's so easy! Just leave your bag out before 7:00 am on your designated pick up day, and our driver will pick up your bag. Your clothing will be returned to you, perfectly cleaned on your next scheduled pick up/delivery day.

  • Where do I leave my bag?

    Most customers leave their bags at their front door. However, you can designate any area outside your home which works best for you. Just let your rep or driver know.

  • How do I pay for the service?

    The easiest and most common way is to leave a credit card on file. However, we can certainly bill you monthly if that works best for you. When you sign up, we'll go through all the specs!

  • Is there a minimum order?

    No. Fill up your bag or simply include one garment. It doesn't matter. Your order will still arrive back to you on your next scheduled pick up/delivery day.

  • Do you sew buttons? Or give attention to stains?

    Of course! Just drop a note in your bag with any special instructions and we will take good care of it for you.

  • Is Your service more expensive?

    No way! We do not charge extra for pick up and delivery. Additionally, our prices are competitive with other dry cleaners in the area.
